Therapy at The Shiftless Wanderer draws on a Jungian background and certification in Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand the parts of yourself that are struggling and reconnect with your capacity to heal. I specialize in work with adolescents and high-conflict families, and I support clients navigating complex trauma (CPTSD), depression, and suicidal thoughts. Each session is tailored to you, with care, curiosity, and respect for your own pace.
