The moment you're in
Maybe it's your teenager: the door that keeps closing, the fights that flare from nowhere, the worry that the distance is becoming permanent. Or maybe it's something in you: an old hurt that still runs the show, a pattern you cannot seem to break. Either way, you do not have to carry it alone. With the right support, the hardest seasons become workable, and the relationships that matter most, including the one you have with yourself, can heal.
Which is right for you?
Coaching helps you grow as a parent and rebuild the relationship. Therapy is clinical care for a mental health need. Not sure which fits? Robin will help you find out on a free call.

Parent Coaching
Parent coaching began the way a lot of Robin's work does: parents asked for it. Over the years she has gathered a deep well of resources for supporting parents and their adolescent children, drawn from decades of therapy with children, adolescents, parents, and families, her trauma work, the four tools of The Shiftless Wanderer, and Internal Family Systems. Parent coaching brings all of it into practical, personal support for you and your teen as you navigate the adolescent years together.
